[TN-Bird] Sightings Report: Collierville area, 7 Oct. 2006

Sightings Report Collierville, Tn, Shelby County, 7 Oct. 2006
Location: Home feeders 718 Gable Lane (East Collierville)
Observation date: 10/7/06, 345pm-515pm
Notes: Early evening walk behind the house into the bottoms. Small
grove of trees with willows along the field held the most activity. Sat down
and waited for them to appear. Breezey and Monarchs are still flying around.
Number of species: 17

Red-bellied Woodpecker 1
Northern Flicker 1
Eastern Wood-Pewee 1
Blue Jay 5
American Crow 3
Carolina Chickadee 3
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1
American Robin 2

Northern Mockingbird 1
Nashville Warbler 2
Pine Warbler 2
Black-and-white Warbler 1
Northern Cardinal 9
Common Grackle 7
Location: Peterson Lake Nature Center
Observation date: 10/7/06, 545pm-630pm
Notes: Walked the green belt at Peterson Lake nature center. Phase two
of the boardwalk is comingalong closer to the wolf river. Birds are in there
but with sundown it was hardtosee them and id.
