I returned yesterday from my 10 day trip to SE Arizona and had to flip 
a mental switch when I headed out to Radnor Lake this morning to see 
eastern migration.  I found substantial activity (and could have
used another observer to sort through the birds at times) with a number
of mixed flocks of migrants, although diversity might have been a bit
better.  There was a significant movement of TANAGERs, both SCARLET
and SUMMER.  Numbers of SWAINSON'S THRUSHes are still strong, and
plenty of ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAKs were around as well.  By far the most 
numerous warbler was MAGNOLIA although there were at least a half
dozen YELLOW-RUMPEDs.  All in all I had 11 warbler species with
lone GOLDEN-WING and WORM-EATING being highlights.  It was a good
vireo morning as well with 4 species seen.  Found my first
of the fall GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLET.  Best water bird was a 
DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANT swimming and diving for food in the lake.

Golden-winged Warbler 1
Tennessee Warbler 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler 3
Magnolia Warbler 24+
Yellow-rumped Warbler 6
Black-throated Green Warbler 5
Black-and-white Warbler 3
American Redstart 4
Worm-eating Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 3
Summer Tanager 10
Scarlet Tanager 4
Rose-breasted Grosbeak 10
Indigo Bunting 3
