Hi Folks,
Blount County south of Maryville
Monday October 10, 2005
This morning I was,as usual, bemoaning the empty feeders and looking
at the large numbers of Cardinals, when something much more
interesting to me appeared - a nice adult White-crowned Sparrow!
I think this is the first time in my birding career that I have seen
a White-crowned before seeing my first of season White-throated. And
I need to check - it might be the first White-crowned for our yard.
Charlie
