[TN-Bird] ETN stilts

So let's see. From the start of record collection through 2003 there
had only ever been 1 Black-necked Stilt sighting in East TN. Suddenly,
in the summer of 2004, 4 birds have been reported. I think we should
all go check our favorite farm ponds and shorebird holes.
Oh, and by the way, notice that Charlie and Tracey Muise have now seen
3 of the 5 BN Stilts ever seen in East TN... was slightly more impressive
yesterday when it was 3 of 4.
