Fellow Birders,
        This morning (10/13) Rick Knight discovered a Black-necked Stilt
at Austin Springs in Boone Lake, Washington County, Tennessee. Bird was
seen along road that parallels the lake.
        At 1100hours Rick Knight and Wallace Coffey left Musicks
Campground on South Holston Lake, Sullivan County, TN and are on their
way to Austin Springs to try to rediscover the bird.
