I got off work early enough to get to Britton Ford at about 5 this 
afternoon. Shortly thereafter Hap Chambers arrived from KY after seeing my 
post. We stayed and checked different areas here until about 6:30, with no 
luck.

There were no shorebirds at all using the area that Terry had the Curlew 
Sand. The only shorebirds were in the north bay (where the Red Phalarope was 
last year), and only Killdeer and 7 Wilson's Snipe.

I plan to bird the area part of the day tomorrow, hoping the bird might show 
back up. The flats at the mouth of the Big Sandy should be extensive now, 
and will be a good place to check as well.
