[TN-Bird] CBC dates

The Elizabethton CBC will be held Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003.
The Roan Mtn. CBC date is tentatively Monday, Dec. 15, to be announced
definitely after the Herndon chapter's Nov. 4 meeting.
