I plead guilty to having these birds all year long and not putting on Tn 
Birds. They are
at the extreme east end  of the Wild Life Area.of Kingston Steam Plant .On an 
island that looks to be about 1/4 Acre.They can be seen with Bins or Scope 
from a TWRA boat launch area. Directions : exit at Kingston off I 40 . turn 
away 
from Kingston -towards Oak Ridge. Go about 3/4 Mi to a new parking area (with 
new restrooms and a covered picnic table area. ) On the left side of the 
road.On the Delorme page 42 at
A-!/2  x  2-1/2 where word ferry appears.Drive to the water and look across 
about 1/2 left. There is usually Coramants, Great Blues , Black Crowns, and 
frequently Common Egrets and this year Cattle Egrets most of the time. Many
