Lucy Weicker, who spotted the Ring-necked Pheasant in Williamson County 
earlier this week, called me today.  She had talked with one of the neighbors 
in 
the area, and he said he knew of somebody nearby that was raising the birds.  
So 
this was obviously an escaped caged bird.
