I vote to first take another look at the weather later today.. Don't mind
the rain too much to bird, but its been extremely foggy here the last 2
mornings, and would be a miserable drive and may not lift until late morn
in that area . 

. Would the Oneida City Park be an ok place to meet?

Fine-  and  we will talk later today. Going to watch noon weather now.
Been looking forward to this. Hope it works.
