[TN-Bird] New baby cardinals

Happy Cool Morning Everyone,
A pair of cardinals just arrived here in the Charlotte Park area of West
Nashville with two begging, baby, black billed's just shivering and quivering
their wings. Seems a little late for them, but they are obviously just out of
the nest. It wouldn't be the first time that I've had cardinals AND
mockingbirds bringing young ones from the nest this late.
I believe my mockingbirds gave up during the heat, and some may not have
made it. One of my young ones has stayed around this year. Perhaps it is the
replacement for an old one that expired. The parents usually chase them away
from here as soon as they learn to feed sufficiently to survive on their own.
Sometimes, the dispersal activity gets rather brutal when the parents are
literally chasing them out of the home territory.
