Eric Smith telephone this afternoon to report 3 Sanderlings he saw earlier
today (9/2) walking about the parkling lot of a BP Station on Rt. 91, Carter
Co. The stations is next to the old Great Lakes pond and site now used by
Northeast State Community college. It is across from the airport just north of
Elizabethton, TN. Could the storm passage to our east have influenced
something there ? Don't get many Sanderlings in paved parking lots here in
the mountains.
Let's go birding......
