[TN-Bird] Brown Pelican - Kingston Steam Plant

Finally on my third try, I managed to see the juvenile Brown Pelican on
Chickamauga Lake. This morning at 9 AM, it was perched on the closest buoy to
the dam, viewed most easily from the pumping station parking area. This is
quite a ways upriver from the majority of other sightings reported.
At Kingston Steam Plant, there were a pair of Ospreys and a few shorebirds
present, the most significant of which was a pretty juvenile Sanderling.
