[TN-Bird] Merlin

Coming home from town yesterday evening, I drove through Black Bayou where I
found a Male Merlin sitting on a utility pole. It flew to some trees. Also,
the resident Red Shoulder Hawk was sitting in his usual tree. Black Bayou is
North of Tiptonville, Tn. off of hwy 78.
