The beautiful habitat at Isl . 13 is gone. The river really rose since Wed. 
leaving one big lake and covering most of the jetty.  Most of the shore bird 
habitat is too wet.  They are Dove hunting in Black Bayou so caution in that 
area is needed.  But on a positive note the weather is marvelous.
