[TN-Bird] Migration at Clingmans's Dome

Clingman's Dome

Kristine Johnson, Martha Rudolph, and I witnessed a nice wave
of warblers and other species just below the Clingman's Dome
parking lot on Monday, September 1, as follows:
Chestnut-sided Warbler (3)
Black-throated Green Warbler (2)
Black-throated Blue Warbler (2)
Blacburnian Warbler (1)
Yellow-throated Vireo (1)
Rose-Breasted Grosbeak (2)
Also present:
Golden-crowned Kinglet (6)
Cedar Waxwings (5)
Raven
many immature Juncos
Susan Hoyle
