Hey Dev Joslin,
Sorry about the habitual abbreviations. I should know better, having
been given the standard record-keeping lecture by Wallace Coffey, a
journalist and naturalist of great insight and persuasive power. You are
correct, Leps are moths and butterflies, while Odes are dragonflies and
damselflies. I also use Aves, Reps, Amps, Herps, Mams, Verts, Inverts, et al
as list headers. I can't help it, my field notebook is very small.
