[TN-Bird] Sharp-shinned hawk in bird bath

All the birds are taking advantage of bird baths and sprinklers in this dry
heat. Yesterday I looked out to see an accipiter standing in the bird bath
out back. Of course it had the pool all to it's self. Not another bird in
sight, although a brave hummer harassed it after it flew to a perch. Immature
Sharp-shinned Hawk, I believe, judging by head size, eye placement and color of
breast and belly streaks. And my first impression of size was sharp-shinned,
but that's harder to judge up close. See some fuzzy photos ( thru windows )
