Don't know the exact first date. The Eurasian Collared-Dove was first accepted
as a Tennessee record species from Hamilton County, October-November 1994, by
the Tennessee Bird Records Committee. Three to five collared-doves were
reported by Clyde Bloom and many other birders during late 1994 into 1995.
