Over the past few years during the middle of August Phillip 
Casteel has regularly found OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHERs in the
area around the enclosed dog-run at Shelby Park in Nashville.
This morning my search only turned up the expected EASTERN
WOOD-PEWEE.  However, as a nice consolation prize I got a
BLUE-WINGED WARBLER and added a YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT in the
same area.
