For those Nashville/Clarksville Area birders who may be interested.
 
 I just received a phone call from a woman who coordinates classes for a
group of Clarksville Area home schoolers. Apparently all of the kids get
together every Friday for class and they're interested in having someone
teach them about local birds. Unfortunately I'm moving next week so I
will be unable to help them out. They need someone to show up on either
October 15th or the 29th and teach kindergarten-2nd graders or
third-fifth graders a little bit about birds from 10-11am and 11-12 am.
If you're interested at all, it sounds like a great opportunity and I
would encourage you to call 931-906-9494 to find out more. They do ask
that you let them know within five days so they can finalize their
schedule. Thanks.
