[TN-Bird] Water feature

A few folk were interested in our succesful and cheap water feature that has
brought so many birds into view here. I sahould share our letest experience -
we cleaned it up and ended with a large flat stone at the top. Now no birds
are using it so I have to get out there and try to recall the original layout!
So if your feature was a dissapointment you might try rearranging the rocks.
