FreeLists / tn-bird / [TN-Bird] Scissor-tailed flycatcher in Franklin County

A female/immature Scissor-tailed flycatcher soared ever higher over the
first field on the west side of Owl Hollow Road just north of Mingo Road
(see topozone site below) at about 9:30 this morning until it disappeared
into the northern sky.  By "the first field" I mean beyond the barn and
before a house, both on the west side of the road.

I checked this spot in reaction to a query posted by Steve Stedman which
was not read by me until this weekend.  ( I had been out of town for three
weeks).  Unfortunately, I also failed to save the Stedman message (Sorry,
Steve!)  and, therefore, do not know its date.
