[TN-Bird] Re: Immature White Ibis, West Knox County

The immature White Ibis was still at Dead Horse Lake Golf Course at about
8:30 a.m. today. It was at the same location reported by Ed Manous and
Steve & Gail Clendenen yesterday. At first I didn't see it, just about a
dozen Canada Geese at the edge of the pond and on the grass. Luckily Ed
Manous was there hitting golf balls and he came over as I was leaving and
found it for me, grazing among the Canadas. I watched for a few minutes
until it walked behind a large clump of vegetation and disappeared again.
(I had also gone by yesterday evening around 6 p.m. but found no birds at
all on the pond at that time).
