On a distantly related matter, can you give us an update of the recent purchase
of 90,000 (+/-) acres of land in Anderson, Scott, and Campbell Counties from
International Paper?  Who are the purchasers?  What are the future plans for
involvement by TWRA?  Who will own the mineral and timber rights, and how will
that be managed?  Whatever you can tell us.
