[TN-Bird] Feeding PB&J

I am interested in feeding Peanut Butter & Jelly. What is the best way to
present it? I do put out peanut butter at times but it seems the only thing
it attracts is squirrels.
Is there a specific feeder that works best?
On a birding note I seem to be overrun by woodpeckers lately in my back
yard. In the last week I have a Pileated WP on the railing of my back deck
right outside my window, a Red-Headed Woodpecker at my BOSS feeder and a
pair of Red-Bellied Woodpeckers feeding suet to their young in the trees
above the feeder. The pair of Bluebirds in my nest box are on their second
brood. All in all a good spring even though it is dry. Just about all
species have been visiting my small water bath/feeder on my deck.
