FreeLists / tn-bird / [TN-Bird] crested myna

Does anyone know when the Crested Myna was removed from the official ABA list 
and in what publication it was noted???  I saw several articles regarding the 
controversy of taking it off, but never saw an article that the deed was done.  
Yet when I accessed the ABA list on the website, the myna had disappeared.
