FreeLists / tn-bird / [TN-Bird] Common Moorhen at Ensley Bottoms

This morning, a single adult Common Moorhen was seen at Ensley Bottoms. 
For those who are members of the Memphis Chapter, the bird was located 
at D-4 and 5 on the Ensley map at the back of the Directory. For those 
who are not,  this is the best I can do. Go past the shop building 
north of the ponds. When you come to the crossroads that go east-west 
continue south and go up and turn right on a grassy but passible 
levee/road that runs east-west  just north of several small ponds. The 
bird was seen on the right hand side of the next-to-last pond.
A  Western Kingbird was seen just North of the Steel plant on the right 
side of Paul Lowrey Road on the power line and in the electric power 
pylon next to  the one with yellow sign with the number 69 on it.
