Ken LEggett and Glenn Criswell have found a Neotropic Cormorant in a tree by 
the observation tower at White Lake, Dyer Co, Tn. White lake is located off of 
the Great River Road. They had a Dbl Crested and the NEotropic sitting side by 
side for  gret comparison.
