Least Bittern, several sightings, at least 3 different individuals, 
  no sounds noticed,  one female posed for 10-20 minutes,
  waited while Gary went after his videocam.  

Blue-winged Teal,  one male with 8 - 12 Wood Ducks

Virginia Rail, at least 4, heard but not seen

Willow Flycatcher,  numerous good views and good sound
