[TN-Bird] addendum - Saturday in Rutherford County
- From: terrywitt@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I forgot to add to yesterday's sightings the one of most interest to me:
A lovely subadult Timber Rattlesnake (30 inches) seen on one of the trails at
Barfield-Crescent Park in the boro. It had created a two way logjam on the
trail and we were able to safely move it back to the woods. The snakes have a
den on one of the hillsides in the park, and are seen from time to time, but
are usually quiet and unobtrusive.
Life reptile for me, my second love
Cheers
Terry Witt
