Dale Swant sighted 19 White Pelicans flying over the water at Woods
Reservoir, Franklin Co., today, Fri.--2May08 at 12:30PM.  The birds were
about 100ft up, and about 60yds away.

Dale had been wind surfing, and had come in to the Highland Yacht Club to
re-rig his sails because of the changing wind speeds.  The Pelicans were in
view for about 2 minutes.

Shortly before that, he had seen a Caspian Tern, a Ring-billed Gull, and 4
Common Loons.
