A Spring Bird Count was conducted in Cumberland Co., TN, 29 April 2006.
Total species counted came to about 131.  Best bird was a Black-necked
Stilt found by Joseph and Anita Mast; they obtained nice photos of this
bird, which constituted a first county record and was just the second
record for the Upper Cumberland Region of KY and TN.
