Don
I completely hope that the months of preparation between the sighting and
announcement of the Ivory-billed Woodpecker rediscovery that responsible
measures
have been taken to insure the birds protection. I viewed a Whooping Crane,
here in our own state of Tennessee, recently under such conditions.
The Nature Conservancy driving directions are posted on their web site with
maps. This indicates that some expectation of visitors is planned for.
