[tn-bird] Shelby County spring count

Yesterday (May 11) the Memphis chapter TOS held its spring count, on
migratory bird day. So far, 133 species have been reported. The best find was
a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher seen by Carolyn Bullock at President's Island.
Hopefully, a few more species will trickle in. No one yet has reported
White-throated Sparrow; if anyone in Shelby County saw one in their yard, etc.,
yesterday, it would be an extra species. My email is wpeeples@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I will try to post a more complete rundown of the count results after this
Wednesday's meeting.
