A remarkable sighting through my binoculars and for my husband's naked eyes!!
Yesterday afternoon,we rested on a park bench and observed House Sparrows and 
Whitethroated Sparrows savoring crushed pretzels.
BeHold!!
Within 10 feet in front of us,on a city sidewalk,next to the Public Library by 
New York City's Grand Central Station and cautiously approaching the pretzel 
group were 3 Ovenbirds.
Good Luck to their final destination.
