Dan Jacobson,  Clyde Blum, Judy Newsome and Bonnie Johnson and I birded
Hamilton co, TN most ot the day on MAy 5.  We ended up with 128 species for
the group.  Certainly one of the higher totals for one day in Hamilton co.

Highlights included:

29 species of warblers
1 MOURNING WABLER was singing at the Craven's House on the Hardy trail.
1 migrant Red-headed Woodpecker at Craven's House.

1 Virginia Rail
3 Sora
1 American Bittern
1 Bank Swallow

Brainerd Levee
1 BLACK TERN (first I have ever seen in Hamilton co.)
1 WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER

Riverport
60 Bobolinks

Dan Jacobson had a BLACK-BILLED CUCKOO calling in his yard before he joined
the group.
