If you have birdied Dauphin Island you know its worth to birds and birders,
if you have not you still have a surprise in your birding future. Please
respond to John Porter's plea to keep this option in our future.
Good Birding !!!

To all Dauphin Island Birders and DIBS supporters;
This is a short notice but I invite all of you concerned about the future
of DI to respond to the 2 queries here on the planning exercise for the
Town....
http://www.eeeee.net/di_stakeholder_survey_form.pdf
http://www.eeeee.net/di_mapping_places.htm
On the Stakeholders Survey on the question "Do you have an affiliation or
membership with any of the following?" write DIBS in the blank "Other"
space...
On the map query, note all your favorite birding spots as well as all the
sanctuaries & reserves...
Deadline for receipt is April 30 but an earlier response will be helpful
to assure inclusion. We will collect survey forms at the IMBD celebration and
at AOS and turn them in to avoid the mailing problem...
Thanks for your help... we need a substantial showing from off Island...
