[TN-Bird] Harrier

On Monday I went to my nearby two miles stretch of woodlands near Cumberland
City at the southwest portion of Montgomery County, on the Stewart County
border., swamp and river. I saw a Northern Harrier and posted video at:

I shot other video from a greater distance that I haven't posted yet. I
haven't posted any photos yet..
Shortly before about 1 1/2 away, I saw a bald eagle. It came so close, I
wasn't prepared and missed the perfect opportunity for photos and video.
Also saw 2 wood ducks, several pairs of Canada Geese, at least 4 red-winged
black birds, although I am sure there were more, tons of swallows, 3 killdeer
and at least 10 snipes. Got great snipe pix compared to ones I discussed on
list before. Can actually tell with good detail what the birds are with no
guessing required. They have been getting closer and closer to the spot I
shoot
at them without seeming to care about me. Haven't posted them yet.
Around the Montgomery County area I have seen Great Blue Herons all over the
place. If you are familiar with Clarksville, yesterday I saw them near the
hospital, above the Madison Street Kroger, above the Courthouse, over Woodlawn
Elementary, as well as on Riverside near kickers. (Talk about you gotta know
Clarksville to get the wide range on these.)
I have only seen 2 other people shooting pix where I go, both the same
weekend, as I guess it is close enough to LBL and Cross Creek NWR to keep my
competition down. Only have to worry about hunters shooting me!
