A Brown-head Cowbird was odserver tying to enter a Eastern Blue Bird box in
Louisville TN. The male Eastern Blue Bird was battling a male Brown-head
Cowbird while the female Cowbird was trying to enter the hole in the box but
was discouraged by the female Blue Bird inside the box. Later in the afternoon
I check the box and found the female Blue Bird, which flew out of the box, was
setting on 5 blue eggs, no white eggs.
Thanks to all of you who are adding you location in the Subject Line.
