[TN-Bird] Hamilton County sightings
- From: "Kevin A. Calhoon" <kac@xxxxxxxxxx>
- To: <tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>, "Bill Haley" <wgh@xxxxxxxxxx>
- Date: Tue, 3 Apr 2007 14:23:24 -0400
I spent a couple of hours in the field in Hamilton County on Sunday
April 1. Highlights included:
- 5 Solitary Sandpipers at the Brainerd Levee
- One American Bittern flying over Standifer Gap Marsh. (Jack Leather
saw one there on March 30)
- One Yellow-crowned Night Heron in the ditch in front of Budget Car
Rental on Shepard Road near Lovell Field (Chattanooga airport). Same
place one hung out last year.
