[TN-Bird] Knox County loons

Last evening around 7 p.m. from the boat ramp next to the walking trail &
tennis courts in Concord Park, west Knox County, I observed two common loons
on the open water. They were slowly drifting westward and eventually assumed
a sleeping position, settling in for the night I guess. These may be the
same two loons reported by Steve & Gail Clendenen about 2 weeks ago or they
may be two different loons. They were in breeding plumage.
