[TN-Bird] RFI: Red-cockaded Woodpecker and/or Bachman's Sparrow?

Bachman's Sparrow and Red-cockaded Woodpecker are two life birds that have
eluded me for several years now. Does anyone have any suggestions on where
to look for either of these species? I'm aware that Red-cockaded
Woodpeckers are extirpated in TN but perhaps there may be a colony or in
northern Alabama or Georgia?
