We had three new arrivals in the yard today. Chimney swift, prothonotary
warbler and black-throated blue warbler were all season firsts for us. Other
non-locals included yellow-rumped warbler, black and white warbler,
black-throated green warbler, prairie warbler, blue-gray gnatcatcher, dark-eyed
junco, golden-crowned kinglet and a fly over by 70 double-crested cormorants.
