[TN-Bird] Kite not seen this morning

Unfortunately I did not see the white-tailed kite this morning here at Ft C=
ampbell. Not sure if it=E2=80=99s laying low in this weather or if it has m=
oved out. I=E2=80=99ll be checking for the bird again this afternoon.
