The White-tailed Kite reported by Daniel Moss at Ft. Campbell was seen and 
very much enjoyed this afternoon by me (my 300th TN bird!), Phillip Casteel 
(his lifer), Gary Casey, Frank Fekel, and Mike Todd.  It is such a beautiful 
bird, and we watched it for quite a while through our scopes as it perched on 
various trees, and flew about.  We also enjoyed a Henslow's Sparrow, 2 Golden 
Plovers which flew over, and a female Northern Harrier which is occupying the 
same field as the kite.

Thanks again to Daniel, who spotted the kite, got the word out on tn-bird, 
and guided us to the spot.  The kite is on Fort Campbell property, so it is 
absolutely necessary to make arrangements with Daniel to see the bird.
