I had a singing Prothonotary Warbler(first Spring) at Cove Lake St Pk
this morn at 8:00 am. He was near the overlook tower.
I also had a Spring first RED-EYED VIREO singing at apx. 1800 ft.
elevation near Cross Mt. Caryville, TN
8 HORNED LARKS were on top of the Plateau (Cross Mt.)
Several of the males were displaying their mating flight patterns.
Quite entertaining.
