[tn-bird] Spotted Sandpiper, Chimney Swift (Greene Co., TN)

After work today, I visited a few birding spots near town and found a
lone Spotted Sandpiper at a pond near the Nolichuckey River--the same
pond where I got my first Solitary Sandpiper a few days ago. A Solitary
(probably the same one) was still present today, along with nine
Blue-winged Teal and a Common Snipe.
Back home this evening, I found my first Chimney Swift of the season.
(I notice that I am at least the third poster on TN-Bird this spring to
report a first Chimney Swift arrival from an evening sighting.)
Don Miller,
Greeneville, TN
