[tn-bird] new backyard bird

Yesterday, I had my first Chipping Sparrow, and today he was still present
eating seed on the ground. I sat outside no further than 5 feet from him this
afternoon, and he didn't seem to mind at all :)
I'll be happy to reward anyone out there willing to come over and help me get
rid of some obnoxious Starlings that have invaded my Red-bellied's newly
excavated home!
