A large number of waterfowl are still around Kyker Bottoms.  We birded from
4:30 to 6:20 PM and the main sightings included:

 

Northern Pintail 3

Mallards 25+

American Black Duck 4

Green-winged Teal 30+

Blue-winged Teal 2

Gadwall 2

Northern Shoveler 12

Ring-necked Duck 11

Ruddy Duck 2

Bufflehead 9

Hooded Merganser 13

Coot 15

Canada Goose 30+

Great Blue Heron 3

Belted Kingfisher 1

Red-winged Blackbird 20+

Tree Swallow 3

Song Sparrow 20+

Field Sparrow 10

Swamp Sparrow 3

Northern Shrike 1

Northern Harrier 2

American Kestrel 1

Red-tailed Hawk 1
